LLOYD, Inc. Announces Launch of Butorphic®

LLOYD, Inc. is pleased to announce the introduction of their newest addition to the veterinary injection family of products, Butorphic® (butorphanol tartrate) sterile solution, a staple in veterinary analgesia. Butorphic (10mg/mL) will be packaged in convenient 20 mL, multi-use, vials with an economical price point typically limited to larger 50 mL purchases. “We are proud to introduce yet another key product offering in our line of veterinary sedative and analgesic injections” states LLOYD’s Director of Sales & Marketing, Hoan Tran. “Butorphic will offer veterinarians the quality routine-use opiate they currently purchase at an economic value unavailable in the marketplace today.”

Butorphic® was launched officially at the Western Veterinary Conference in Las Vegas. The product will be available for shipment at the end of March 2010.
