Indications
For use as an aid in the prevention of dietary deficiencies of calcium, phosphorus and vitamin A and D in dogs, cats, birds and reptiles.

Directions
Dogs and Cats – To aid in prevention of dietary deficiencies give 1-2 slightly rounded teaspoonfuls for each 20 pounds body weight per day for as long as indicated.

Many reptile and avian diets are low in calcium and high in phosphorus. Evaluation of the entire diet is necessary before recommending the exact amount.

Administration
Osteo-Form SA may be added to the daily ration or mixed with milk or water. To facilitate proper adhesion to dry food, slightly moisten the food with water. Each slightly rounded teaspoonful contains approximately 4 grams. A teaspoon measure is enclosed.
