Can I get points for purchases made through a distributor?
Yes, all eligible products sold through a distibutor will have Supply Rewards labels on them.
What if I receive an eligible product but it does not have a label on it or the label is damaged and the code cannot be read?
To receive the appropriate rewards credit, contact Supply Rewards at supplysupport@supplyrewards.com.
When do my Supply Rewards points expire?
Code may be entered into your account within 36 months, but once entered, the reward points in your account do not expire.
Do I have to purchase a minimum amount of product to earn Supply Reward points?
No, once you are enrolled in the program, you can start earning points immediately.
Can I receive points on products I purchased before I registered for a Supply Rewards account?
Supply Rewards points can only be entered once you have registered online for an account.
Can I receive a check instead of Supply Rewards?
No, Supply Rewards points can only be redeemed for premiums through the Supply rewards website.
Will I have communication from Supply Rewards?
Yes, but you can stop receiving communications from specific sponsors anytime by changing your profile.
